As we get ready to welcome the arrival of 2024, we’re taking a look back at the standout Mamas & Papas moments of 2023. From the arrival of iCandy to the launch of our pushchair Trade-In service, it’s been a year of increasing our product choice, launching new ranges, opening new stores and making sure we give parents and families in-store services they really need, when they need it.
New Neutrals
We kicked off 2023 with our New Neutrals campaign, helping you bring the same warm toasty neutral hues you were loving for your home and wardrobe, to all your baby products. From the Fawn Lua bedside crib to our Juice highchair in Croissant, our ‘new neutrals’ baby products were made to fit seamlessly in your stylish interiors.
Laura Ashley x Mamas & Papas
We teamed up with the quintessentially British brand Laura Ashley, for a totally unique design collaboration. The result? A standout collection of nursery interiors, baby clothing, toys and pushchairs, featuring Laura Ashley’s iconic prints. Delving into their iconic archives our design team re-imagined their signature prints, dreaming up covetable collections each season.
iCandy arrived
By popular demand we introduced iCandy to our stores and online, selling their bestselling range of pushchairs, including bundles, accessories and double pushchairs.
New stores and concessions nationwide
With 6 new Mamas & Papas openings across the UK in 2023, it’s now even easier for even more parents, expectant parents and grandparents to enjoy the full M&P shopping experience, including Buying for Baby one-to-one shopping appointments, complimentary car seat consultations, pushchair test-drives and expert product knowledge
Our Trade-In service launched
As part of our Loved For Life initiative we launched a pushchair Trade-In service. So once your little one has outgrown their pushchair, we’ll take it off your hands and swap it for a voucher. We make sure your pushchair doesn’t end up in landfill - refurbishing it and recycling parts – so you can rest easy knowing you’re doing your bit to help the planet, while picking up a voucher to put towards your next M&P purchase.
Seedling nursery décor & bedding
In 2023 we launched our beautiful new interiors collection, Seedling. Designed for newborns, but perfect for any nursery, this range was inspired by the natural world, and is full of organic-inspired elements, including 100% organic cotton; ultrasoft cotton knit and muslin; bedding and blankets perfect for layering; and hand-decorated accessories in sustainably sourced fabrics and warm earthy colours.
